Digital Products
All products available on our website are digital in nature (PDF notes, study materials, downloadable content). Once a product is purchased and accessed, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect product selection by the user
- Failure to download due to internet or device issues
However, a refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment made for the same product
- Technical issue from our side where the product is not accessible
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once payment is successfully completed.
